Major duties and responsibilities:
1. Business development responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of Sales and marketing strategies to hit Sales target and promote Algorithmics courses
• Market survey and set up sales strategies, implying plans to achieve Sales
• Prepare plans and budgets for approval by the Director of the business, and once agreed, implement those plans
• Prepare and submit proposals for training for key sponsors
• Aliasing with Marketing to provide high qualities to customers
• Training, coaching, supervising Sales team
• Prepare Sales reports

2. Academic responsibilities:

• Work closely with Academic Manager:
• Provide the highest qualification program and services
• Ensure smooth operations of the Academic services
• Implementation of curriculum projects
• Monitor/evaluate program outcomes, student assessment reports and exit questionnaires

3. Operation and administrative responsibilities:

• Recruit appropriately qualified and experienced staff for the efficient operation of the Center
• Supervise student administration and counselling services conducted in the Center
• Maintain and upgrade systems/procedures for all administration tasks at Center and liaise with the Operation Manager to ensure consistency
• Monitor Centre purchase requisitions and expenditures
• Provide financial and academic reports to the Director of the business.
• Lead staffs to provide the highest quality Programs for the students
• Ensure a team spirit among staffs
• Represent the school in a way that enhances its reputation
