We are now looking for 2 Sales support for 2 teams: Key Account and Business Development.
Please prefer the JD as below:
- Business development: Identifying new potential company which has im/export activities and approach and developing current business bigger.
- Documentation assistance: Fulfilling guidance of operation and pass it to operations department
- Input data on sales system.
Quotation:
· Requesting for comprehensive/ complementary information
· Cost collection
· Drafting the quotation in e-quotation
· Send quotation to the customer if salesmen need
· Save hard copy of quotation in the shared drive
· Quotation follow up
· Updating of events in e-quotation (loss/ secured…)
Telemarketing:
· Collection of information from internet
· Cold call to some potential customers to secure a meeting
Shipments activation:
· Receive Customer greenlight
· Give sales Guidance to Operations team / Customer Service
Yêu cầu
• College or University Certificate major in Foreign Trade, Marketing or Business Administration is preferable
• Experiences in import and export, freight forwarding or shipping lines
• Commercial oriented person
• Customer friendly characteristic and decent
• Person who keens details (including self-task management skill)
• Person who used to work in Japanese/global freight forwarder
• Person who is interested in Japanese/Frenchculture
• Person who holds level N3 of Japanese (if possible) orgood command in English
