Þ Explore new business opportunities and develop the sales network in order to expand our customers’ base: find and visit new customers, work in synergy with our sales’ offices in Europe, US and Asia,…
Þ Develop sales with current customers.
Þ Conduct market surveys and analyse competitors’ activities in order to define the correct strategy for the company (pricing, services, product ranges,…).
Þ Manage all steps for the first orders of new customers until reaching stable relation: negotiations, quotation, sampling, contracts, order follow up, on-time delivery, payment tracking,…
Þ Supervise Sales admin team in charge of all daily activities with our current customers.
Þ Make regular reporting as requested by Management
Þ Participate to sales connected activities: trade fairs, factory visits, collections, website, pricing,…
Yêu cầu
Þ Few years experience in sales development
Þ Experience: technical background or product development or sales on metal products (any fields among: fashion, leather goods, luggage, shoes, furniture, gadgets, low cost jewellery, medals, etc.)
Þ Excellent English language skills.
Þ University or College degree
Þ Outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of ability to communicate clearly and concisely, especially with foreigner customers.
Þ Excellent organizational skills and work efficiency with the ability to work on an independent basis.
Þ High motivation, honesty, flexibility, carefulness and reliability.
Þ Able to work under the direction of a foreign management team.
