Our client is a foreign invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Sales Manager in Hanoi/HCM

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
Overseeing the market, investigate market problems and develop practical solutions;
Develop the distribution system, manage the distrbutors, make reasonable sales plan with full considering of the situation of the distributor and the market
Meeting planned sales goals.
Help to build the sales team and develop the sales team ability;
Others designated by management

Graduated from univesity
Having 03 years’ the same position, working experience of IceCream
Good command of Chinese or English
Good communication and teamwork skills
Having stong relationship with distributor and secondary distributor resources is preferred
Ability to build a team Sales
