A. Customer relation:
• Ensure to respond fastest and best to the requirements of clients
• Maintain a good relationship to old partners
B. Operations/Coordination/Schedule control:
• Support client, designer about technical product, construction method, offer.
• Study new planned projects.
• Coordinate with related parties (other internal departments, client, supplier, consultant, designer) to work on: + Technical proposal + Commercial offer + Bid + Contract + PO, delivery, test + Payment + Any arising matter
• Carry out marketing activities
• Report
• Update information on competitor, market
C. Engineering:
• Propose optimal solutions to investors, engineering consultants, main contractors
Yêu cầu
-University degree, major in Economic Construction, Civil & Industrial of Construction, Transportation or related.
- Experience at least 2-5 years, sales experience and widenet workin construction field is a plus.
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Office and Autocad.
- Language skill: Intermediate English
- Personal competencies: Dynamic, enthusiasm and passion person; Hard working and self-motivated; High responsibility at work; Good at Planning skill, Problem solving skill, Persuasion skill, Communication skill.
- Having personal achievements or social activities is advantage.
