Dot Dot Gem is a Vietnamese jewelry start-up that separated from a traditional jewelry business. We are a direct-to consumer approach that makes luxury accessible and fun, and empowers modern women to purchase jewelry for themselves.
We are a team of designers, writers, marketers, engineers and strategists who love to learn and seek to continually get better and make the big vision happen. We are in a pre-seed fund, and we are looking for someone special to join our team.
What You’ll Do
– Bring an exceptional experience to every customer that you interact with.
– Know all the products details and the launches of Dot Dot Gem
– Act like a stylist, you present every product to customers, advise how to mix & match the items. Bring your own experience, give honest feedback or ask genuine question
– Take care of checkout process
– Clean and organize store
– Pick up on feedbacks, customer behavior trends and regularly report to Store manager, Marketing Lead and Founder
– Assist the team with implementing various customer-centered campaigns
– Comfortable with technology and learning new forms of POS and CRM software
– Able to work 6 days a week including weekends.
– Probation period: 2 months
