- Handling all contracts and other related documents for sales team
- Supporting in managing customer database, monitoring and updating customer to DMS and CRM and other campaigns from Marketing
- Working with other departments to prepare all correct documents to support the process of car handover is within Porsche standard
- Supporting in preparation of reports for Sales team
- Supporting the new car order to Porsche headquarter and the new car payment to Porsche headquarter
- Supporting following up PSQ
- Supporting all sales related documents for PCS and PCH
- Collecting information of automotive market and competitors
- Other ad hoc projects assigned by Sales Director

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree holder
- At least 01 year of working experience in similar position
- Knowledge of automotive industry is preferable
- Good at English communication: speaking, writing
- Good at IT knowledge, especially office application, internet related software/systems.
- Personality/Characteristics: trustworthy, organized, effective, good teamwork, good at keeping sensitive information confidentially.
