6 month sales experience in agro commodity like raw cashew , cashew kernel, other commodity like black peeper, coffee will be added advantage.
Quick learner, open to learn quality about RCN and kernel.
Do market research and calling to prospect buyer and existing buyer to know their requirement.
Give daily report to immediate manager.
Open to travel to upcountry for buyer meets.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Participating in sales team meetings.
