**ROLE AND RESPONSIBITIES:
Job Overview: Reporting to Sales Manager, as an information bridge between customers, sales, production and other internal departments, to ensure all parties receive a high quality level of service and support. Detail tasks as below:
– Receive and monitor customer orders, price quote, new product code, quality…
– Responsibility to increasing the sales for customers to be in charge (included the current product and new product).
– Solve all matters relating to products, customer claims and other services.
– Update and share the purchase order & forecast information to all related departments.
– Follow up and control the delivery and shipping process.
– Follow data on ERP system
– Coperate with all related departments to hold the meeting for customer requirement
– Make the sales report to manager (weekly, monthly)
