- Ensure all tasks implement under safety following company standards
- Crosscheck the ingredients after weighting and before pre-mixing to ensure correct materials are weighed and balanced enough.
- Check & correct the abnormal products in shift operation to ensure the product meet QC standard
- Check the list of modified specification before production and update the formula if any changes.
- Check and update the product code to adjust the formula before manufacturing
- Coordinate with bonding worker to collect the data & improve the bonding process
- Improve right-first-time rate to bring lost under target.
- Implement 5S at working area.
- Making report daily to RFT supervisor
- Other tasks assigned by higher level
Yêu cầu
- Graduated chemical college/university
- Experience and knowledge of powder coating over 1 year
- High teamwork spirit
- Good communication skill, active and observant.
- Be able to work overtime
