A Merchandise Planner monitors Manager’s instruction and executes actions to meet PLC KPIs (Sell thru, Margin). You also coordinate with other departments such as accounting, logistic, marketing, retail. Store support to ensure right product, right assortment and right allocation to hit monthly sales target.

• Assisting manager in market research and competitive analysis skills to understand the market.
• Following up Approved budget.
• Analyzing consumer buying patterns and updating and predicting future fashion trends.
• Preparing linesheet and lookbook.
• Cooperating with logistics and distribution.
• Working closely with operation in order to receive new shipment.
• Planning and follow up LC and payment requests.
• Regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels.
• Managing master file, sending price proposal and implementing pricing strategy.
• Collecting data, analyzing and monitoring of inventory on daily/weekly/monthly basis. Help with decision making process and executing action plan with Manager.
• Working closely with Manager to review daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Sell-through management and market analysis.
• Preparing PSM for other Departments (Sales Retail/ MKT), training plan & conduct training for Store team.
• Supporting in developing short and long term inventory plan.
• Supporting Brand Manager in request.
