– Manage and take care of the assigned priority customer list & effectively evaluate the customer portfolio.
– Managing customer information and taking care of customers according to priority customer categories such as answering/storing feedback, customer requests.Introduce and communicate product, service, and process policies, professional requirements as prescribed by Techcombank from time to time.
– Understanding and analyzing customer needs, giving appropriate advice during face-to-face meetings / phone calls to customer care, providing customers with appropriate financial and non-financial solutions with customer needs.
– Developing the assigned customer portfolio to achieve the target from time to time such as finding, expanding and developing the customer network; increase transaction volume of customers in order to maximize profits for the bank.
– Searching for business opportunities in the portfolio of customers allocated to take care of, subject to the following criteria: Deposits, credit cards, Manulife Life Insurance, Bonds, loans…
– Directly receive and execute customer transaction requests, cooperate with relevant departments.
– Coordinate with relevant departments to provide services and products to priority customers in order to achieve assigned business targets.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from University with majors: Economics, Finance, Banking, Foreign Trade, Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of experience in credit, business, direct sales in the field of finance and banking. Preference will be given to candidates in similar positions at other banks
- Experience in client portfolio management. Understanding customer behavior and needs
