- Receptionist: 30%
– Welcome guests and manage strictly visitors. Handle all incoming calls and transfer to appropriate people. Manage postage, hand-delivery incoming and outgoing courier.
– Manage the movement of newcomers, leavers, visitors, travelers, etc. to make sure that seat utilization is always accurate.
- Admin: 70%
– Being in charge for maintenance of office’s equipment (printer, photocopy machine, air conditioner, computers…)
– Oversee the cleaner to keep the office area clean.
– Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary. Collect and verify invoices/receipts, compare debt with suppliers and claim all expenses incurred in the month.
– Arranging transportation, accommodation for business trips of staffs.
– Support in organization of company events
– Assist other departments when necessary
– Report and carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by Admin Supervisor.
Yêu cầu
- 6 months – 1 year experience working on admin/receptionist is a plus.
- Good English command including speaking and writing
- Careful, organized
- Proactive, responsible, enthusiastic
- Can-do attitude & team work
- Superior attention to details
- Work well with guidance, but is also self-motivated
