QUALITY ASSURANCE

• Check raw material and work with HK RM /PM team for bulk standard setting;
• To ensure all the finished products can meet requirements;
• Conduct in line and final inspection according to AQL standard before shipment delivery;
• To participate the coordination of the cross-functional parties,
• Work as part of a team and organize regular communication lines with other parties;
• Cross-check on-site QA performance, give suggestions if necessary;
• To help the allocated QA if the quality issue had been found during inspection;
• Provide technical advice and resolve technical problems on-site.
• ECO friendly project implemention and follow up.
• Maintain a high level of integrity and follow company’s ethical guidelines.
• Review all new developed SMS, give necessary comments in advance to prevent potential risk for production or construction issue;
• Participate all the line review meetings, work closely with multi teams if necessary for bulk production-friendly.
• Conduct quality audit for all new vendors;
• Lead on-site Pre-Production meeting with factory for the new groups, follow up the PPS call out, share the good practice, discuss the check point and set up detailed quality standard;
• Review the Pilot run for all new styles, lead the pilot run meeting with factory;
• Help to follow up all customer complaint, work with factory for CAP;
• Get involved SOP drafting for key process; And to coordinate all the factories.
• Assist on building up Vendor quality management, lead quality review meeting with factory for continuous quality improvement;
• Help to develop, lead and motivate staff. New QA on-board training, QA training and calibration to ensure QA performance are meeting the company’s requirement.
• Work closely with cross-function team such as development/hardware/leather/Technical team for problem preventing and solving.

• Assist the merchandising team in sourcing new vendor/factories
