• We are looking for a Quality Assurance/Control professional with proven experience in third party inspection industries:
• A Quality Engineer should be out mainly supporting and training other inspectors to make sure the process and app use is appropriate. Same time he will be performing some services when needed but, he must eventually be managing and controlling the technical side and performance of each inspector SBE hire there, no matter is FT, PT etc..
• He/she will have in his charge a group of Quality Inspectors, the ones who will perform arranged product inspections and audits according to a predefined Control Plan reviewed with Customer.

Responsibilities​

Internal

• Familiar and understand the corresponding standard, for the different new productions, Capable of independent analysis, and complete the inspection plan accordingly.
• Review of all design, manufacturing, purchasing and test documentation provided by the Customers to ensure those requirements are well understood and will be properly applied on-field by the assigned Quality Inspection Team Member.
• Review drawings, specifications, operation instructions, sheets, process procedures, test procedures, inspection and test analysis.
• Plan Inspection Working Plan for the inspectors (Confirmation with Clients and Suppliers, Cost estimations, Activity planning, Inspection Training, Remote Inspection Support)
• Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Available for overtime including some weekends if necessary and on call for emergencies.

• Perform other duties as necessary.。
• Enroll on the continuous Improvement project
• Need to translate existing English procedure/documents/ files into Vietnamese (Both of English and local language)
• Be able to summarize and communicate with direct leadership regularly

MANAGEMENT

• Manage and support for Training work for inspector and auditor team in Vietnam to make sure each team members in Vietnam can follow company’s rules and meet the company’s requirements.
• Train Inspectors/Auditors to enable it to perform on-site service work correctly and effectively
• On-site guidance and supervision of inspection/review quality and progress
• Assist assigned inspectors/auditors to complete report
• Provide full support if assigned inspectors/auditors cannot complete the report.
• Familiar with the management of suppliers, supervise and assist QC improvement (reduce violations, standardize operations, improve work efficiency, on site safety regulations and work quality)
• Perform other duties, as necessary.
• Enroll on Continuous Improvement project.
• Familiar with customer complaint process and writing CAR report until closure
• Interview local candidates and be able to recommend the right people
• Have a mindset of cost control.

Evaluation

• First evaluation at the 3rd month
• Periodical Evaluations every 6 months
