. Quality Engineers need to have a deeply knowledge of the Company’s Quality Standards and processes. He can provide the technical support to Quality and Production Staff including but not limited to Inline, Sanding, Coating, Assembly and Finishing, …
· Take the duty for training Quality and Production Staff on Product Quality Standards, requirements, and procedures, including creating and tracking training plan / records.
· Work closely with quality team in shifts, check processes and ensure Production Staff comply the correct process to meet Company quality requirements.
· Standardize and update the Company’s quality standards and processes.
· Lead or follow up projects related quality improvement or new product projects.
· Maintain department systems databases (document storage, image data, Corrective Action System Follow Up, …)
· Other duties assigned by Quality Control Manager.
Yêu cầu
Education
- Graduated from University in furniture, forestry or other engineering fields.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in furniture field is a must.
- Age : 27 - 40
- Prefer to have knowledge of Quality Control tools, 6 Sigma, Lean, …
- Prefer to have the training skill.
- Experience of furniture field regulatory knowledge and process.
Skills and Abilities
- Have a good training skill
- Good in written and spoken English
- Ability to read and interpret all internal/ external quality documents
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to communicate effectively at all level internally within organization

OTHER INFORMATION
Working Location: Tam Phuoc Industrial Park, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province
Working time: 8hrs (from Monday to Saturday) 07:30AM - 15:30PM
Transportation: Company bus is provided from HCM City / Bien Hoa City to factory.
