Be responsible for Quality Control in all In-line processes :

• Monitor all in-line & end-line quality procedures to comply with the customer’s standards
• Conduct weekly meeting with QC line to communicate, instruct about quality standard
• Define and improve the quality procedures to well control at production process
• Conduct training on quality standards, procedures, work instructions for QC line
• Push training activities of QA/QC team to achive and maintain the necessary competence
• Work with production to resolve and give judgement and final decision about quality issues
• Co-operate with other departments (Lab, Production,Sampling…) to solve, find out the root cause, give corrective action for the quality issues, technicial issues.
• Conduct periodically audit to ensure compliance of production
• Take initiatives to prevent repeating process and product quality issues
• Representative for QA Dept. to work with Customers, third party when they come to Fleming Factory for visiting, auditing, inspection
• Do other jobs assigned by Quality Manager/ BOD
