I. HAND OVER MEETING, PRE-PRODUCTION MEETING:
– Joining the meeting and take notes important information, changing, issues…
– Making report, upload report on ERP and submit for signature/approval.
II. CARCASS REVIEW:
– Attending meetings and take note critical points, give suggestion if any …
– Assessing if testing is needed to inform QA team for testing
III. IN-HOUSE FINISH TESTING:
– Sending request to CDL for test panel submission after receiving test request from customer/CS or other department
– Perform the test after receiving test panel
– Making report, upload report to ERP for everybody reference
– Follow up with Corrective action plan if any failure
IV. EXTERNAL TESTING FACILITATION
– Sending request to planning after receiving test request from customer/CS or other department
– Follow up with samples basing on plan/schedule/promised date
– Contact 3rd parties, get quotation to choose the best 3rd party and submit the samples
– Co-ordinate with internal team (packing team/driver…) to arrange for sending items out
– Provide 3rd party for any pending material (submit extra test panels, HWs…) for test report timely, make sure the result will not be delayed
V. MASTER COLOR PANEL (MCP) CONTROLLING
– Record MCP after receiving form CS/CDL
– Controlling MCP (Record if any one borrow/return)
– Request CDL to re-fresh panel if the MCP is too old
VI. Performs tasks/ projects as assigned by immediate superior

-University Related to Furniture or Technology
- Experience: having from 2 years experience at the same field or at testing center
-Foreign Language: English
- Analytical, Resourceful, Creative, Problem Solver, Results/ Data Oriented, Attentive to Details, Dynamic
