Quality & HSF Management Systems

To serve as Quality & HSF Management Representative at ANIF site, maintain the ISO system and ensure all department work in compliances with our quality program.
To be in charge of QMS Management system
To ensure that processes needed for the Quality & Hazardous Substances Free (HSF) management systems are established, documented, implemented and maintained to meet business, internal, customer, certification & regulatory requirements
To report to top management on the performance of the quality & HSF management systems and any need for improvement
To ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements, including HSF related requirements, throughout the organization
To liaise with external parties (e.g. certification body, customer, local authority, corporate HQ & etc.) on matters relating to the quality & HSF management systems

Quality Control

Manage QC department
To ensure quality of finished goods and raw material according to ISO and Group formulation specification
To ensure manpower availability in QC/QA team
To ensure equipment/instruments in QC lab are safe and effective according to companies’ HSE rules.
To ensure good capability of Lab to adapt production capacity

Duties and Responsibilities

To ensure proper and effective implementation of Quality & HSF Management Systems in accordance with ISO 9001statutory & regulatory requirements, customers specific requirements & corporate directives
To plan, conduct & follow-up internal audit
To plan, facilitate & follow-up monthly management meeting & yearly management review meeting
To coordinate Quality & HSF related second and third party audits
To support Purchasing Department performing audit on suppliers
To ensure corrections & corrective actions are taken without undue delay in accordance with external and internal audit findings
To lead cross functional group developing Control Plan
To work with other functions on process improvement by using various improvement tools
To involve in designing functional level policies or procedures and driving standardization
To define business and operational requirements and establish process documents
To understand & manage customer complaints and drive necessary process changes
To measure process performance, report, review and drive improvement

To solve quality & HSF related problems by identifying & eliminating root cause using defined process (e.g. 8-D, error-proofing & etc.)
To study the characteristics & trends of processes & products and recommend continual improvement opportunities
To drive continual improvement efforts by coordinating with other functions in establishing measurable quality objectives
To coordinate, monitor, analyze, follow up & report of external customer complaint
To identify quality & HSF related training needs for the employees to complement the management systems requirements

Overall responsibility for quality control of products in the site.

Control the quality of finished goods and raw material according to products specification
Manage Lab equipment to ensure the equipment calibration plan is implemented properly
Verify SPC data, prepare monthly/yearly QC report
Right First Time process improvement
Other matters arranged by superior
Be an active participant in the company’s initiatives to improve its Quality/HSF and HSE Management Systems.
To set high standards of performance for all employees
Responsible for the safety, health and environmental protection within the areas of responsibility
To ensure that the HSE Policy, procedures and Life Saving Rules are understood and implemented in the areas of responsibility
