Mô tả
1. Build-up Project Pipeline: Identify, quantify & follow projects in the assigned regions:
- Detect projects at early stage, analyze customer needs and find a solution from our product portfolio to apply to those needs
- Build-up relationship and work closely with Contractors, Developers, Design Consultants, Interior Designers, End-Users to promote and specify clearly and concisely TOA product offer
- Update status of such projects within in project pipeline system
2. Enhance the qualification of Spec-in to maximize chance of success:
- Update status of such projects, follow through from upstream information, track key decision makers over the project period until call for tender
- Implement technical ‘locking’ product features in the specification
- Support quality assurance to ensure desired outcome in the construction phase
3. Ensure sales revenue & profitability:
- Achieve annual order/sales target of the assigned area
- All sales must be done in respected to the commercial policies
- Manage order and follow up delivery as per customers’ requirement
- Follow up & collect the customers’ debts
4. Customer relationship management (Identify and develop key accounts):
- Develop key customer relationship and develop action plan for each customer. Ensure continuity of effective communication with customers. Visit the customers to specify TOA Paint’s products. Perform customer mapping and identify key decision makers
- Work closely with Marketing team to define and execute plans for demand creation and brand awareness within the customer portfolio in charge
- Organize seminars for Contractors/ Developers/ Design Consultants/ Interior Designers to raise their competency level and also get upstream information on projects to act more quickly and increase our chance to win
Yêu cầu
- University degrees, preferably major in Chemitry or Chemical Engineer or Economics
- 3–year experience in working in similar position in multi national companies (MNCs)
- Knowledge in Construction materials is a must
- Understand company’s products and competitor’s
- Knowledge in opportunity management and account management. Transactional business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese & English
- Computer literate and presentation skills
- Ability to learn, good communication skills and result-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and respect the deadline
- Willing to travel
