- Create and oversee project plans and schedules
- Drive team members to achieve release goals
- Work with the teams to ensure project success within budget, timeline and scope
- Responsible for project reporting – dashboards, status reports, roadmaps, burndown, velocity
- Take lead on quality control issues
- Maintain issues and risks log
- Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
- Interface with client and project teams, including vendor partners
- Responsible for internal and external communication, transparency, and distributing information
- Maintain process documentation
Yêu cầu
- 2+ years experience working with software development projects. Requires excellent technical acumen, and experience with Agile, SDLC, ALM, and the software release process
- Proven experience building highly organized, detail oriented project plans and managing changing project requirements in a highly dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a large team
- Fluent English
- MS/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent. CSM/PSM or PMP certificated is a plus
