For this position, the work will be distributed over two perimeters : 50% on project management, 50% on IT coordination. The general tasks are as follows :
* Project management :
– Get involved in company projects
– Communicate with stakeholders
– Ensure the projects are completed on time and on budget
* IT coordination :
– Dispatch the incidents / tasks / requests
– Follow the incidents resolution and escalate when necessary
– Perform some daily checks by following procedures
Yêu cầu
- You are well organized, you know the different stages of a project, you know how to manage the resources to carry out a project from start to finish.
- Your experience allows you to know how to solve but also how to anticipate/avoid problems.
- As a sociable person, you know how to deal with people and you have excellent communication skills. Thefluency in English and Vietnamese is mandatory for this job, other language(s) such as French, Chinese and/or Japanese is a plus.
- You have a good adaptability, you easily know how to familiarize yourself with various environments (multi-client context).
- You must have at least 3 years of experience in project management
- PMP certification would be appreciated
