Lead a fast-pace and time-constrained project to develop supply chain for crtical engine components and startup of engine production. If suitable, candidate will eventually become Operation Manager/Factory manager.
– Find and develop suppliers and reliable supply chain for small gasoline engine components (typical 700cc), including precision die-cast and machined aluminum parts, plastic injection molded parts, stamped metal components.
– Lead development and qualifications of sourced engine components. Establish QA/QC programs with suppliers.
Work location is flexible as long as company ‘s goals and needs are met.
Salary is negotiable based on experiences and capability. But long-term growth prospect is very good for suitable candidates.
