II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Company planning skills:

– Organizing and executing production planning and activities for factory and customers

– Control daily manufacturing planning and schedule activities

2. Order controller and shipping coordinator

– Updating and maintaining the master planning

– Controlling shipping plan for master planning

3. Supply chain planning: Managing supply chain (SOL : shipment –offtake-inventory, DOI : Days of inventory)

4. Supply Chain Planning:

– Understand Supply Chain term: SOI (shipment-offtake-inventory), DOI (Days of Inventory) – Work with Factory for Production Planning, update to SOI and share to relevant department (Logistics, Marketing).

– Work with Marketing for preparing and proceeding the launching new SKU to Logistics and Sales department.

– Work closely with Sales for Sales plan. Tracking the DOI at both Company and Distributor warehouse to fulfill the market as company strategy – Work with Marketing and Sales team the sales forecast. Analyze monthly/yearly target (include impact elements) and actual result to report to BOD.

– Conduct weekly/monthly Supply Chain meeting with both Factory and Sales team to follow up sales progress, push and deliver target and replenish stock to the market – Supply Chain KPI management: Forecast Accuracy, Shipment Reliability, Available for Sales – Supply Chain data hubs of TOM (Top of Managers).

5. Purchasing and system:

– Confirm monthly order to Factory, update daily to all relevant department

– Maintain SAP following strictly standard process and procedure between system and practice

6. Product Compliance and Customs clearance:

– Understand of government (MOH) regulations

– Understand of Customs declaration procedure, follow up with vendor to keep in line with lead-time requirement and cost budget

– Manage relationships with 3rd party vendor for coordinating to shorten down lead-time and cost

7. Warehouse and Transportation

– Responsible to SOP implementation, process innovation to control and optimize quality of service

– Implement report and tracking KPI of warehouse and transportation to improve productivity and efficiency

– Management of warehouse: Cooperate with vendor for inventory control
