Your responsibilities:
● Evaluate business requirements, user feedback, market and user insights; assimilate and translate these into focused user problems and user stories
● Take ownership of product features development with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood and releases are delivered on time
● Collaborate with other teams on development, QC and release of product and balance of resources to ensure success for the product
● Monitor product performance with a keen eye for identifying what metrics are important
● Support internal stakeholders with request for product insights or data
● Other product operations or ad-hoc research tasks as directed by Line Manager
Yêu cầu
The followings are required:
● Minimum bachelor degree from a recognizable university
● Structured thought process, good critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills.
● Dynamic at work and effective cross-functional team management
● Attention to details and excellent time management skills
● Excellent communication in both English and Vietnamese
● Passionate about the education / edtech industry
The following are pluses:
● Experience in using data to conclude experiments, describe user behaviors, thereby build convincing user stories
● Ability to produce wireframes, mockups and user interaction diagrams
● 1 or 2 years of experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst
