Job Description

• Conduct primary and secondary research to provide findings and recommendations to improve product & business operations
• Develop / revise / implement business plans and procedures to assist in company’s strategic projects
• Coordinate with headquarter in Indonesia to adopt new product features to the Vietnam market
• Coordinate with other stakeholders (Content department, Sales & MKT department, …) to develop and operate product features for Vietnam market
• Ensure product releases are timely and effective by owning the operational process for each product feature, testing and reporting bugs to be fixed
• Assist in important campaigns and events by creating and operating events on app, managing in-app communications such as notis and popups
• Assist department head to keep track of all product development tasks and other requests
