Product development phase: You’re the leader of the product development project.

• Receiving & clearly understanding market’s requests from the Sales team
• Contributing your idea to improve the product conception.
• Build the complete specifications including all product’s description & requirement (sketch, measurement, color, material, quality standard, function …) by collaborating with QA, Design, Sourcing & supplier

​Sourcing phase:

• Delivering & explaining the specifications to suppliers
• Validate costing & join with sourcing to negotiate the cost
• Approve material, pre-production sample & production sample from the supplier (in accordance with the specs that you built)

Execution phase:

• Responsible for bulk production kick-off!
• Collaborating with QA to conduct production test / in-line quality control

Project:

• Build up the innovation networks to expand the product category.
• Starting from scratch, you are responsible to establish the new product development documentation & SOP, in collaboration with the Sales team, QA & Supply chain.
• You build up costing validation methodology to bring sustainably unlock value to the company.
