1) Drawing control
– Management, arrange drawing; BOM list; Product specification and distribution for production
2) Design engineering
– Using Pro-E and Autocad for designing product, co-work with experts from Korea Head quarter; Germany
– Design improvement by work with other teams to increase product quality and productivity
– Attend new product development verification
3) Proto sample making
– Using specifications, machines, tools to make proto sample for new product/ new model design change/ development stage
4) Reliability test Engineer
– To be in charge of Control Vibration test and Environment test machine
– Create yearly/ monthly/ weekly/ daily reliability test plan for Reliability test
– Reliability Test process set – up
– Reliability test machine control
– Material & Part development reliability test
– To ensure the product reliability; enduration test and reliability test process
– Quality Reliability test: Establish and control reliability test process/ plan
– Quality and duration test
– To evaluate test result and report
– To control test result and corrective action
– To ensure duedate and submit test result on time
Yêu cầu
- Male / from 23~38 years old
- Graduated from university major in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive
- Experienced in Mechanical design, Autocad, Pro-E, Solidwork, Inventor
- Can use design by Autocad software, Pro-E/ Solid-work
- English communication
- High responsibility, can work under high pressure
- Good at computer skill
