The Product Lead is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Life Cycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with teams IT, sales, merchants, marketing and customer service to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Other responsibilities:

• Define the products strategy and roadmap;
• Act as a leader within a company;
• Optimize existing user interface designs;
• Provide Product Market Intelligence research regionally and globally;
• Communicate internally to understand business goals and objectives;
• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive, user-centered and beautiful solutions, write high level requirements;
• Lead UX UI Projects, performs design tasks and assign to 1 UI UX team member in order to reach deadlines;
• Plan and carry out product launches;
• Manage product profitability and commercial success – own the business case;
• Act as UI UX designer upon request in order to speed up the delivery.
