KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process owner of the heat treatment process
- Guarantee compliance to safety, environment and working conditions guidelines
- Machine and equipment (MAE) involvement: Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and line release
- Support production planning, investment, ordering and release machine and process
- Define and maintain standard of process
SPECIFIC TASKS:
- Support machine installation, start up and running of production processes and MAE release.
- Increasing machine’s capacity by applying TPM and Lean manufacturing tools
- Conduct Process FMEA to identify any quality risks
- Support in disturbances and take the lead in trouble shooting
- Initiate Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvements
- Issue, maintain and improve workshop documentation for operators
- Understand and improve the process. Solve problems and participate in problem solving activities
Yêu cầu
1. EDUCATION:
- Engineer university degree or master, major of Material Science (Metal & Alloy) will be an advantage
2. WORK EXPERIENCES:
- 2-3 years in an industrial manufacturing plant, have background or experience on heat treatment/metallurgical engineering process is an advantage
3. TRAITS & SKILLS:
- Good command of English
- Process management (PDCA, KPI,...)
- Understanding of systematic problem-solving tools & statiscal methods (8D, fishbone, 5 whys, FTA, SPC...)
- Understanding of LEAN production system is an advantage
- Willingness to take over responsibilities
- Good teamwork
