o Perform process control and improvements which are to be attained through practical use of statistical tool methods, data collection and analysis
o Work closely with the Quality Engineer and Production Coordinator to review and approve operating, set up, and inspection instructions and verification documents, test instruction
o Monitor process, collect information and analyze data related to process and product
o Evaluate internal defect and downtime information and suggest suitable action to each problem.
o Support Process & CIP to run ERP: collect data, analyze the issue and solve problem/issue incurred during the ERP running
o Evaluate the change, the improvement and new process, provide solution/suggestion
Yêu cầu
· Process control (flow chart, production layout,, cycle time, balance line, improvement action)
· Following production efficiency and take action to improve
· Be in charge of down time report, OEE
· Continuous improvement process
· At least 2 years experience as same field
· Report to supervisor every month above point.
