Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Principal Architect in Ho Chi Minh:

• Represent the company on technical / architectural matters at all times.
• Advise the Director on: The pursuit of design projects for buildings and structures, Architectural and technical matters, The recruitment and appointment
• Design and execute the strategic vision and plan for a firm’s direction and work output
• Oversee and manage design and production work
• Continually improve on architectural design and delivery skills, keeping the practice at the forefront of the industry.
• Manage the practice professional development program and staff training. Oversee and mentor junior architects and construction engineers
• Develop and maintain relationships with the authorities, relevant government bodies, business partners and clients.
• Regular report to head office
• Answerable to the Director
