Controls, monitor and update the actual number of orders into the production plan.
Estimate master planning for raw materials purchasing and production master planning.
Raw materials inventory management to meet minimum inventory requirements.
Plan and manage material movement with buyer to monitor actual delivery of raw materials compared to the plan.
Monitor discrepancies between production records and SAP system.
Monitor and adjust production plan to suit the sales situation.
Coordinate with Warehouse team to compare actual inventory quantity and SAP system inventory periodically.
Works closely with all Departments to ensure smooth and timely transitions from development to production start to shipment.
Evaluates factory shipping/delivery/ order handling performance.
Planning report to HQ, BOD weekly, monthly.
Improves, controls and ensures follow up of current systems in order to reduce operation lead-time.
Goal setting and evaluate work performance of planning team.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as BOD’s assigned.

*** Working place: Lot A1, Chon Thanh 1 Industrial Zone, Thanh Tam Ward, Chon Thanh District, Binh Phuoc Province

Minimum of 5 years experience in same position at managerial level. Prefer candidate with experience in Sofa production, Furniture production.
Familiar with SAP System.
Having knowledge about furniture industry, sofa production.
