As a planning manager, the qualified candidates will manage the team in achieving the following activities:
· Capacity Planning:
– Oversee all plan based on sales order/ forecast in terms of product types, production/ product complexity, etc.
– Track implementation of the Master Planning. Ensure all product schedules are accurately configured to reflect production capacity and balance with sales orders and are updated on the ERP system in a timely, consistent and accurate manner.
– Production output and work in progress planning and tracking: Monitor Production Planning Control activities; and revise schedules to meet Master Planning targets; Manages production planning control and key milestones to achieve on-time delivery by setting, implementing and acompanying with Production manager to make sure production KPIs can archive and support company’s goals.

• To execute & control of whole factory FOP and work-flow in production; Coordinator with all related departments to make sure the process from FOP to mass production run smoothly.
• Proactively communicate of capacity offer and capacity flexibility to all related departments and sales team in Denmark
• Driving process improvements and the ERP systerm in increasing the planning efficiency.
• Manage planning team:

– Set KPIs for the team and provide training for team members
– Maintain a high standard of professional knowledge, ethics and practices when dealing with production team and sales team
– Build and maintain company culture, disciplines, policies, and procedures to create a productive, organised, clean, and safe working environment
