• Analyze and optimize Ecommerce performance indicators (order processing time, delivery time, return rate, cancellation rate, out of stock rate …).
• Monitoring, testing and evaluating the quality of delivery services of partners. Timely detect and coordinate to offer solutions to solve problems with partners to ensure the images and quality of services of website to customers.
• Propose processes and solutions to optimize Ecommerce’s operating costs
• Regularly track and report inventory to warehouse team to ensure sufficient quantity of goods for Ecommerce is met.
• Support and coordinate with customer services to resolve customer’s complaints.
• Implementation of Ecommerce’s operational processes (Tracking, checking, order processing, checking goods packing process, shipping partner …)
• Quickly handle arising orders related to customer experience.
• Quickly support inquiries about order adjustment or Ecommerce shipping issues from customer services.
• Track and check order processing progress to ensure optimal quality and time.
• Track and control materials for the packaging and delivery of goods to ensure optimal operating costs.
• Develop timelines and updates for stakeholders to set / manage order processing, return and delivery standards.
• Report information about the operating index periodically (day, month, year) related to Delivery Supplier
• Answer customer questions on Dyson.vn via Chatlive.
Yêu cầu
• Experience work with Ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Haravan, Sapo…)
• Understand E-Commerce operation
• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliver to tight
deadlines
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets.
• Ability to take the initiative
• Team player with a sense of team spirit
• Continually looks for efficiency gains, shares best practice and suggests
process improvements
• Takes responsibility for solving problems
