We are looking for an Operations Coordinator, in charge of Marine Agencies Service (Japan) based in HCM city, Vietnam.
Jobs Desctiptions are as follow:
1. Handling principals’ inquiries (crew changes, spare delivery, cash to Master and other requirements indicated by the principals) by coordinating with local vendors and colleagues in Japan via email communications and phone conversations
2. Creating Port Disbursement Entries using Company Internal System
3. Following up invoices from sub-vendor and proceed Final Disbursement Entries using Company Internal System
4. Following up appointment payment schedule, make sure it is in line with BLA Group and Japan office policy
5. Monitoring appointments on Company Systems and assisting with monthly reports
6. Making hotel bookings for crew members via service provider’s online systems when needed
7. Any other tasks assigned by BLAJ Operations Manager and Supervisor in Vietnam
Reporting to: Team supervisor
(Daily communication via Microsoft Teams with Operation manager in Japan)
