WHAT YOU CAN GAIN AFTER MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM?
Service and Solution
· Plan, manage an integrated campaign calendar based on brand & partners activities, especially peak season of E-Commerce.
· Manage, control product and brand appearance in both homepage and cat- page to make sure the website always presented in a good manner and best practice for user experiences.
Commercial
· Advisory & planning
· Assortment & Inventory Management
· Pricing & Promotion Management
· Analytics & Customer insights
· Sale management
Strategy
· Actively engaging with brands to launch their products/services on E-Commerce Platform or Channels
· Setup and expand the team with neutral P&L
Operation
· Plan and execute inventory replenishment from suppliers to e-commerce channels to maximise inventory turns
· Plan and execute allocation of inventory across multiple warehouses in Vietnam to optimize fulfilment cost vs service level
· Automate and datafy end-to-end Operations. Transform operations into a data-driven organization, leveraging state-of-art Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning solutions
Finance:
· Perform financial forecasting, reporting
· Analyze financial data
· Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization

· 20/10/2020- 13/11/2020: Test Online
· 13/11/2020 –29/11/2020: Interview with HR
· 04/12/2020: Assessment Day
· 20/12/2020: Onboarding Day
Yêu cầu
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- University graduate, major in Econnomics, BA, Finance, Marketing...
- High self-motivation and willing to learn, passionate in Ecommerce
- High levels of creativity and details orientation
- Good communication both in English and Vietnamese, be able to work at all levels and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work under a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and challenge yourself to step out of comfort zone
- Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
- Team player and fun lover
