1. Preparing documents for clients’ shipments (both sea & air, inbound & outbound).
2. Regularly updating customs clearance status to customers.
3. Updating and advising customers on the regulations related to customs formalities.
4. Following up monthly, weekly master list.
5. Liaising with the trucking teams to arrange to pick up cargoes from customers’ site (export shipments),
or deliver the cargoes to consignees’ address (import shipments).
6. Solving the issues during the customs clearance process.
7. Contact to the customers for required documents if missing regarding to incoming shipments.
8. Preparing required reports (internal & external).
Yêu cầu
- College graduated or above.
-Customs Brokerage Certificate.
- At leasst 1-2years experience in documentation of customs clearance at Hai Phongports.
- Experience in documentation of customs clearance for both import/export.
- Know and familiar with ECUS / VNACCS for E-customs.
·Experience on HS code verification.
·Experience in handling works for varies kind of goods.
