**ROLE AND RESPONSIBITIES:

Production Staff 1: (English or Japanese)

– In charge of setting up a new production line
– Learn the method of mixing rubber and operating the Extruder machine (have internal training)
– Coordinate with INOAC Japan to set up new production line (can use English or Japanese)
– Make the report to manager (weekly, monthly)
– Other tasks will be assigned by manager.

Production Staff 2: (Japanese)

– Base on drawings of customers to design new parts: mold, CPL, WS, technical STD, BOM…
– Coordinate with headquarter in Japan (INOAC Japanese Group) in new models development process in order to make sure process capability can meet customer requirement
– Follow up production process of new models (Contact suppliers; Provide technical supports; communicate and solve the issues regarding product quality, claims).
– Caculate quotation.
– Implement all Kaizen activities in section.
– Other tasks will be assigned by manager.
