- We are seeking the qualified candidate for the post of Customer Service Staff working at Ha Noi Branch Office:
– Release booking
– Prepare pre-loading list
– Empty returning: inform cost to all related parties
– Cargo verification
– Hold container
– Advise and add extra charge (extra seal fee, other charge)
– Support for B/L process (B/L entry, release, correction…)
- Detail duties and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
Yêu cầu
College orUniversity graduation.
Age is not over 25.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good English in speaking, reading, listening and writing
Ability to work under high pressure and have good team work spirit.
Energetic, enthusiastic, careful and hard-working.
