Sourcing and screen potential candidates through different channels (recruitment channel, social platforms and networking, database) to choose suitable candidate for interview.
Cooperating with hiring department to arrange interview and selection procedures to ensure having a smoothly interview and choose the most suitable for each position
Following up and consult with hiring manager to choose the right candidate, ensure compliance regulation company
Review and clarify job descriptions to understand clearly how person the position needs ensuring choose suitable candidate
Building network via Linked in, Facebook, organize/attend job fairs and recruitment events to attract more candidate from difference source and branding our company
Conducting the orientation training & maintain the best support to new employees to they can integrate soon into the work
Assisting Supervisor in identifying hiring needs to build yearly headcount plan to control recruitment activities well.
Making reports of Recruitments, Training, Onboard weekly, monthly, and yearly as assigned by superiors ensuring reports always on time and accuracy.

From 3 years’ experience focusing on Recruitment and Training for manufacturing company
Have knowledge of labor law, law of social insurance - health - unemployment
