Multimedia & Production Manager plays a critical role in initiating and providing our games/ IP assets/ design guideline based on marketing positioning and brand values of the products; in short, a global visualizer for our games that will reach out to audience across the world.
This role will report to Department Head and work closely with Marketing, Product team and other relevant production team both in-house and outsource.
Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Product & Marketing team in order to fully understand Nautilus publishing products and create brand design guidelines;
• Supervise story telling, graphic design, music content and other elements of a piece as well as delegating responsibilities and guiding team members;
• Build and manage capacity and capability of Multimedia & Production team with sharing and open-minded attitude;
• Be open to ideas and initiatives while being able to provide constructive feedbacks;
• Monitor all requests progress and handle any issues that arise
