Meet with sales team daily to review and follow up results, communicate targets and Key Performance Indicators.
Checks loading process in the morning to ensure full loads by brand and packages.
Appraise and evaluate periodically the performance of team members and give commendation for good performance. Initiate disciplinary process for violations of sales policies and procedures.
Ensure that the sales team daily or weekly activity report, settlement sheets, route cards or any other reports are promptly and accurately prepared and filled; use these reports to effectively manage and develop his area.
Visit key outlets on a regular basis and maintain personal contact with outlet owners.
Follow up and ensure that customer complaints are handled with satisfaction
Establish routes; ensure that customers are serviced efficiently on a regular and scheduled basis. Plan the proper sequence of stops, by day, by week, for each of the routes so that travel time, mileage and vehicle running costs are minimized.
Conducts on-the-job reinforcement of basic selling and merchandising skills for sales team members regularly.
Report to AM all information concerning competitor’s activities, trade development and customer issues.
Work with Distributor to align sales target, sales program. Manage Distributor to deliver sales target, sales promotion, as required.

- At least one year experience in Sales (MT Channel)
- At least 2 years experience leading a sales team in a FMCG company.
