1. Basic Job Purpose:
To be responsible for assisting category manager on the management, development, maximize category sales, profit, trading income generation, stock, and support Sales team to achieve best operating results. She/He will assist to manage 1 or 2 categories including
2. Principal Accountabilities
2.1. Administration
· Work on system to do data entry for all new products, changes.
· Assist category supervisor on implementing category strategy.
· Pay regular visits to stores, to competitors and initiate appropriate decisions /actions to ensure competitive advantage is maintained.
· Support Line Manager in:
· Pprepare sales contract and get validated by Merchandising Admin.
· Summarize the documents related: Business license of supplier, Bank account notification, Quality documents before sending to Merchandising Admin.
· Inform new suppliers about the delivery processes of goods and invoices.
2.2 Sales and stock
· Prepare reports following requests of Line Manager.
· Get aging reports from DC/Sales Admin then contact with suppliers to exchange/return goods near expired date.
2.3. Customer Focus
· Work closely with all related departments to handle related issues
· Continuously review the product category mix to ensure that customers’ needs are fully satisfied at all times
Yêu cầu
· Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
· Minimum 2 years’ working experience in category management, administration, merchandisingor related field. Retail or ecommerce knowledge is an advantage.
· Good command of English.
· Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Quick learning and can-do attitude.
· Outstanding communication skills.
· Be able to work independently and teamwork, possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.
