– Supervision of MEP construction at the construction site and instructions to related parties.
– Instruct the design company together with the in-house Architect Staff to promote design work (concept design, basic design, detailed design, administrative application document making).
– Managing & Participating in tendering. Check the quality, specification, schedule, method of statement, unit price & others.
– Other task as assigned.
