Job Summary:

Be responsible for good equipment condition & smooth equipment operation
Coordinate with PRD/ QA/ global engineering teams, vendors in equipment-related topics to ensure the development of equipment in production and technical knowledge in PM team

Responsibilities:

Conduct proper reactive maintenance; lead troubleshooting in cooperation with other teams
Conduct proper plan and action of preventive maintenance
Ensure new machines & NPD fixture set-up, buyoff & hand-over successfully
Ensure machine, tool & fixture improvement through Kaizen activities
Prepare reports, machine documentation and provide full training to technician team
Support management in planning & implementing layout/ production technology & strategy

KPI:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
Proven experience (3 years or above) as the same position in manufacturing environment
Familiar with the motor assembly/ injection processes; advanced knowledge in mechanical/ electrical/ injection/ industrial system
Advanced troubleshooting skills; Kaizen mindset with proven records of improvement
Knowledge of lean manufacturing/ TPM is an advantage
Proficient computer skills with basic Solid work/autoCAD background; good English skills
Good communication and training skills; passion in mechinary; a good team player
