Purpose of Position/ Mục đích của công việc
– Controlling master data on system ERP
– Co-ordinate internally (department within company) or externally (regional) to find solution related to master data issue
– Handing additional assigned tasks from master data supervisor/ manager
Responsibilities/ Trách nhiệm
Controlling master data on system ERP
– Handling all requirement related to master data such as material master, customer master, pricing, vendor, …. on SAP ERP system
– Change/update master data on SAP ERP following procedure which is mentioned on SOP
– Communicate to related Dept or person in charge for master data creation or update information
Co-ordinating with internal or external to solve issue related to master data
Hanlding UAT from RIT related to master data once assigned
Managing and controlling ISO related to master data on SAP ERP system
Co-ordinate with others dept and section to revise or set-up working processes to improve the service of company
Handling tasks assigned by Master Data Manager
Attending trainings provided by the company which are necessary for the job
Atending the company and department meeting
Adhering to the company policy
Yêu cầu
Education & Qualification
- University degrees in Finance, Accounting, Data Master
Working Experience
- SAP knowledge more than 2 years
Other Specific Requirements
- Good communication skill
- Good Computer skill
- Competent English language skill
- Accurate, carefully, work hard
- Management & leadership skills
