Digital/Online channel performance marketing (70% SOW)
– Lead the operations and optimise the performance of LOTTE Finance Online channels (Website Landing Page, Apps, Fanpage, Zalo, Facebook) so as to increase revenue, user / customer data.
– Lead the team to handle customer feedback and resolve issues regarding to products and services occured to onlines systems during its operations (i.e website, phone application, email, SMS, Zalo, Facebook Fanpage).
– Plan includes but not limited to Content & visual Direction, Media planing, Viral Campaign….as well as marketing promotion campaign for new product launch
– In charge of SMS, Email Marketing
– Lead the plan, implementation and ensure effectiveness of Marketing Campaign, Online Business on Online channel system: number of downloads / sales / page views/customer data of the LOTTE Finance Apps & web.
– Co-ordinate with other team to manage, improve lead generation campaigns, measure results. (Increase qualified lead, Reduce Cost/Lead)
– Build & coach Digital Marketing team member
– Timely provide required reports to line manager

Marketing Operations (30% SOW)
– Cooperates with Product Developement Team, Designer, Sales planning team to run Marketing Campaign supporting Sales to archive company’s sales Objective
– Plan & Manage the assigned marketing budget.
– Collaborate, support and manage the production of POSM and marketing materials.
– Co-operate with PR team to deliver mass media communications for marketing campaign in line with brand identity and corporate identity.
– Maintain effective internal communications to ensure company functions’ are kept informed on marketing promotions activities.
– Other adhoc duties by line manager and company’s regulations
