Minimum qualifications:

• 2~3 years of relevant work experience in marketing, content making, agencies, or relevant fields.
• Marketing project management and stakeholder management experience.
• Option : Ability to speak and write in Korean or English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in organizing and pushing a program forward, identifying a clear path for all parties, and keeping the group on time and on goal.
• Experience in creating and executing high-impact integrated marketing campaigns in the shopping or tech industry.
• Experience setting up programs for and with the public and social sectors and corporate social responsibility.
• Ability in balancing data and insights, and translating into strategies and plans.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and influence stakeholders, especially content making.
• Understanding of the nuances of online safety topics (e.g., privacy, security, content integrity, etc.).

IDEALLY, YOU’LL HAVE:

• Excellent communication skills in English or Korean
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English or Korean with an attention to detail.
• Language skills in multiple Asian languages would be a big plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced technology company, working as part of a small team with distributed colleagues.
• At least 2 years of experience in Marketing(including with contents), with some experience in community engagement roles in the APAC region.
• Performance-oriented writing and copywriting skills, to help craft new content, advertising and other campaigns.
• Experience with marketing technologies and tools(Facebook business manager & instagram, YouTube etc), and an analytical approach to performance marketing and decision making to optimize various initiatives.
• An abundance of creativity and a passion for developing and delivering big ideas.
