1. JOB SCOPE
- Own and lead the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy to launch a new credit card, customer acquisition and retention
- Propose Marketing Projects for increasing customer’s purposes
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop the growth marketing plan for Credit Card products in new and future markets with a focus on experimentation and optimization across Marketing campaigns, Marketing Projects
- Propose product positioning, value propositions, messaging, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market strategy in order to launch and scale a credit card
- Explore new channels to drive more traffic and customers in smart and creative way
- Own setting and achieving targets for customer acquisition and retention. Manage marketing budgets in partnership with channel marketing and finance.
- Define the target customer and market based on data, consumer and competitive insights in partnership with Credit Card Department
- Plan and implement with Digital channel team such as Partners, SEM, SEO, Social, Web, Digital, SMS, mobile apps to optimize channel mix and deliver campaigns that boost awareness and acquisition of our credit card
- Conduct competitor and customer research to identify insights around credit card behaviors and market trends to inform the marketing strategy
Yêu cầu
- University Degree in marketing, banking or similar.
- Supervisor position: at least 03 years working experiences in marketing with the familiar responsibility/ similar position in Finance Company/ Credit Card/ Banking;
- Strong marketing experience, especially in Credit Card.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization, vendors and team members and external vendor/ partners.
- Solve work problems professionally & effectively,
- Adaptability: Ability to re-prioritize while operating within a fast paced environment, while continuously maintaining attention to detail, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Well negotiating skill;
- Planning and analyzing skill;
-Well understanding about customer behavior in finance & banking industry.
